We accept orders for meal packs (200g/400g/500g) and summer specials like Dog Ice Cream. After confirming, we arrange doorstep delivery — typically within 1-2 days. You can also directly click any “Order Meal” button from our menu.

We deliver fresh meals across major localities. Delivery is free on orders above ₹300; otherwise a nominal delivery fee applies. We currently cover Mumbai, Thane, Navi Mumbai, and expanding soon. Absolutely! Our meals contain no wheat, no soy, no lactose, no artificial colors. The Chicken Kheema and boiled rice combos are extremely gentle on sensitive stomachs. We also avoid common allergens like corn. If your dog has specific protein sensitivities, reach out — we can recommend single-protein options (chicken-only recipes) to avoid flare-ups.

Yes! Our Dog Ice Cream is 100% lactose-free and made with dog-friendly ingredients like banana, peanut butter, and coconut milk. No sugar, no xylitol, no dairy. It’s the perfect summer treat to cool down your pup without upsetting their tummy. Available in 100ml (₹90) and family pack 250ml (₹220). We recommend serving as an occasional delight.

Portions vary by weight. As a general guideline:
Small dogs (2-5 kg) → 100-150g per day | Medium dogs (6-12 kg) → 200-300g/day | Large dogs (15-25 kg) → 400-500g/day. Since our food is nutrient-dense, start with our standard packs (200g / 400g / 500g). We recommend splitting into 2 meals. Yes! We offer flexible subscription plans (weekly / bi-weekly) for regular customers. Subscribe to fresh meals with automatic delivery, and you’ll never run out of healthy food. Subscribers also get a 10% discount on every order plus free delivery on all packs. Just mention “subscription plan” on WhatsApp, and we’ll tailor the schedule for your pup.

Customer satisfaction is our priority. If there’s any quality issue, delayed delivery, or wrong item, contact us within 6 hours of delivery. We offer replacement or store credit based on the situation. Since meals are perishable, we don’t offer refunds for change of mind, but we’ll always work with you to make it right.
